Day 3JohannesburgEnjoy a leisurely breakfast the depart for a Johannesburg and Soweto tour visiting: Carlton Centre - Top of Africa: this is a view of Johannesburg from the highest building in Africa. Continue to Soweto the largest Black city in Africa with a culture of its own. Visit Nelson Mandela's house, Winnie Mandela's house and Hector Petersen Memorial site. Enjoy dinner at Wandies before returning to your hotel for overnight.

Day 4JohannesburgAfter breakfast depart towards the south of Johannesburg where you will pass the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for girls. Continue to the Apartheid Museum. Relive the past in pre democratic South Africa which is captured within the walls of this museum. This informative experience will leave you in awe of the transformation of a truly diverse nation. Return to your hotel.

Day 5PILANESBERGAfter a leisurely breakfast embark on a tour of the Lesedi Cultural Village experiencing performances by various ethnic groups. Lesedi is a Multi-cultural African Village set amongst the pristine Bushveld and Rock Hills. After lunch Continue to Pilanesberg where you will do an evening game drive before dinner.

Day 6BAKUBUNGAfter a morning game drive and breakfast you will have a short motorcoach ride tio Sun City where there are several activities.

This evening return to Pilanesberg in time for the evening game drive before dinner.

Day 7Cape TownEarly morning game drive followed by breakfast then departs to Johannesburg's OR Tambo Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 8Cape TownThe first part of the day will be spent on Table Mountain- a cable car will take you to the 1086m-mountain top towering over Cape Town. On your descent continue on a scenic city tour passing the Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Castle and the Slave Lodge. Pass through the Bo-Kaap, Green Market Square and District Six. After lunch (own expense) board the ferry to Robben Island the former political prison [weather permitting] where Nelson Mandela spent 27 years of his life. Dinner at Baia Seafood Restaurant. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 9Cape TownDepart on a Cape Winelands tour through superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads. Visit Paarl and the Nelson's Creek cellar for a tour and wine tasting. Cheese and wine tasting at Rust en Vrede. Visit Franschoek where the French Huguenots settled in the 1600's. Travel over the Helshoogte mountain pass. Continue to historic Stellenbosch (Dorp Street and Oom Samie se Winkel). Enjoy lunch at Vergelegen Wine Estate. Wine tasting and buying at the different wine estates. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 10Victoria FallsVery early departure to the Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Johannesburg to connect to Vic Falls. On arrival you will be met by Palace Travel representative for your transfer to your hotel. In the evening experience a show of traditional music and dance at the African Village. On arrival at the village you will take your place beside a large open fireplace and the drums start beating out a slow, hypnotic, ancient, rhythm.

Day 11Victoria FallsThis morning you will depart to the entrance of the Falls for a 2 hour- guided walking tour of one of nature's supreme masterpieces, the Victoria Falls. You will be given an insight into how this 150-million-year-old phenomenon was created and have the opportunity to take in its awesome, un-spoilt grandeur, which defies description. After the tour of the falls proceed to a guided tour of the African Village. This unique African Village depicts the traditional way of life of Zimbabwe's six main ethnic groups. The art of beadwork and crocheting is displayed by the women whilst the men demonstrate their woodworking skills. Late this afternoon you will be transferred to the riverbank for the departure of the Sundowner Cruise up the mighty Zambezi River.
Day 12Victoria FallsAfter a short morning tour of Victoria Falls, transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg and connect with your international flight.
