| Day 1 | Delhi | Settle in to the friendly, family run guesthouse and start getting a feel for this colourful country. Delhi is exciting, busy and full of historical sites, museums and shops. For those arriving early, head out to the ruins of Qutb Minar and Purana Qila or visit Rajpath, the centre of British India. |
| Days 2-3 | Cooking Demonstrations | Learn the secrets of the exotic, rich and diverse Indian cuisine at two half day cooking demonstrations in an Indian home. In the first session your host focuses on south Indian and Malabar cuisine and in the second, on Mughal and north Indian dishes. By the end of the sessions your mouth will be watering in anticipation - but the wait is totally worth it as the dishes are delicious. You will also wander the vibrant spice markets of Old Delhi on an afternoon guided tour and savour a banquet at a renowned restaurant. |
