| Day | Destination | Description |
| Days 1-2 | Cavaillon to Fontaine de Vaucluse | Warm up climbing the stone steps to Mont St Jacques, for panoramic views of the region. The adventure begins along quiet roads through forests, taking you past the ruins of a wall set up to prevent the spread of the plague, and on to the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. This village is named after a spring nearby that surges forward with amazing force, an especially spectacular sight in rainy months. |
| Days 3-4 | Fontaine-de-Vaucluse to Gordes | Challenge yourself cycling across the rocky, rolling hills to Gordes, a picturesque old village with its very own castle. Rise early the following day to catch sunrise - the light spills over the beige-stone buildings, making them glow a vivid orange. |
| Day 5 | Gordes to Roussillon | Pedal through the open country, pausing in the valley to take in the rich scents of lavender and poppies. Rest tonight in rustic Roussillon, named for the colour of the ochre quarries nearby. |
| Day 6 | Roussillon to Buoux | An easy ascent takes you across the beautiful Combe de Luberon that cuts across the mountains to the crumbling ramparts of Buoux. Today, you'll be treading the same roads that the ancient Romans took centuries ago. |
| Days 7-8 | Buoux to Lourmarin | Roll down the gentle slopes of the Luberon, past pretty pastures and meadows, and into the lovely village of Lourmarin, a favourite of French and foreign tourists alike. This tiny regional heart boasts a 15-16th century chateau, a Romanesque church and some charming ancient fountains so end your cycling adventure with a little exploration. |
